For the record, we'll be happy to have a slight imbalance in favour of the Germans on this one if necessary. There'll be plenty to do, even without all those bloody Soviets crawling all over the place.

If there are more Germans than Russians why not have ammo limits for the Germans? About 3 rounds per man would be accurate some some areas of the front.

Well, we knew there was a bit of a risk that we wouldn't get enough Russians to run a game but we had faith. Heh, the first ever game we ran we knew there weren't enough German players to fill a game. But it does just prove that if you give players enough incentive you can break the Catch22!

I think we can safely say we are now 100% certain this event is a goer - which is a bit of a relief. If we can get 20 Ruskies that would be a real achievement and there is plenty of time yet... As for Germans, well, Headshot has already hinted that numbers don't have to be even to make a cracking challenge as we have plenty of tricks up our collective sleeves.

Sorry I've been a little distracted the last few days. I'll probably be looking to place the greatcoat order sometime next week. I'll have to badger Alex at FoR as he's talking his time about replying to my emails. If anyone else is interested in partaking in either order please let me know ASAP so I can get a full quote.

I see no reason why you can't wear your ameoba suit Pete. The camouflage may not exactly work but looks the part. I believe the scenario is based upon the Russians stumbling upon the complex so it perfectly plausable for a scout to still be wearing his camouflage clothing.
